You can tell a lot about a person just by the sound of their voice. In this case, you’ll use their voice (as it comes to you through the menu speaker at a drive-thru), to diagnose their esoteric disease, House M.D.-style. So when they ask, “Would you like fries with that?” You can say, “Sure, and by the way, you have Striptacoxitis. Don’t worry, it only kills field mice in the foothills of Tanzania.”
